Words can’t express how special they are to me, despite the piles of laundry they create, the messes that seem to creep into every space of our home, and the memory loss each pregnancy has left me with permanently!
I’ve been blessed to have been given some pretty incredible gifts in this life, and they come in the form of my family. My husband and I recently celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary, but we dated for 4 years prior, so really we’ve been together for almost 15 years now. Along with all these years of wedded bliss, came three amazing children who make my life as a mom an adventure, to say the least!
I sometimes look back and wonder, how or why did we think it was a good idea to have 3 kids in 5 years? But let me tell you, those 3 smiling faces were so worth it! And they make my life better every day. I am grateful for my family and always have their best interests at heart.
I am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to be a stay-at-home momma right now. This wasn’t always the case, and that makes me all the more appreciative to enjoy this time with my kids while they are little.
Now that my girls are getting older and my son is finally growing out of his “baby” phase, it is finally dawned on me that we are entering into a new chapter in the ongoing story of our family. It’s somewhat bittersweet for me to say goodbye to diapers, but I am excited to see what the future holds.
